- b. Accuracy: We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

3. Product Sales and Ethical Commitment
- a. Products: All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability. We make every effort to display the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products accurately.
- b. Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in AED or USD (as indicated) and do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.
- c. Ethical Sourcing: We warrant that all gold is ethically sourced and that all diamonds sold are conflict-free, in compliance with the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme and our internal ethical standards.
4. Payment, Shipping, and Delivery
- a. Payment: We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods as listed on our checkout page. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
- b. Shipping: Shipping costs and delivery times are dependent on the destination. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
- c. Custom Orders: Deposits for custom or bespoke jewellery designs are non-refundable once work has commenced. Specific timelines for custom orders will be agreed upon separately via written contract.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty
- a. Returns/Exchanges: Our Return and Exchange Policy (see separate document) outlines the procedures and conditions for returning products. Custom-designed or personalized items are generally non-returnable.
- b. Warranty: All Comete Jewellery pieces come with a warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site and all content, including text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, data, and software, are the property of Comete Jewellery and protected by international copyright laws. Your use of the Site grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any Comete Jewellery trademarks or logos.
7. Limitation of Liability
Comete Jewellery shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your purchase or use of our products. In no case shall our liability exceed the price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
